Zeinab Ahmed is the Research Operations Manager at Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research. After obtaining a Master's degree in Chemistry, she completed a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, and she is currently pursuing further studies at The Islamic Seminary of America. In addition to serving as Yaqeen's Research Operations Manager, Zeinab is a fellow at the Journal of Islamic Faith and Practice. Her research interests are focused on mosques, Muslim community organizations, community services, Muslim youth, and Islamic community leadership development and capacity building. Zeinab has many years of experience in Muslim community work, mostly focused on youth programs and youth mentorship. She previously served as a mosque youth director, was a founding member of a local Muslim youth council, and worked as a teacher at an Islamic high school.
