Institutions of Muslims in America and Muslim Scholars (IMAMS)
Overview
This dataset is based on survey data collected by Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research from 208 religious leaders in North America in 2022. The IMAMS survey (Institutions of Muslims in America and Muslim Scholars) is a cross-sectional study that probed the demographics, job responsibilities, job satisfaction, finances, family life, mental health and well-being, and much more of religious leaders in the United States and Canada. A non-probability convenience sample of religious leaders was solicited through listserves and online networks of religious leaders.
